A total of 10 stainless steel cleats, with the necessary hawse pipe are installed on both sides of the boat (incl. 2 retracting cleats on the swimming platform). 

Insulation
Soundown insulation below waterline in all areas other than engine room. Extra sound insulation between engine room and master head, master cabin and forward landing and between engine room and aft VIP cabin.

Chain locker
The chains compartment is placed ahead of the watertight collision bulkhead.
On the deck there are two hinged hatches for the inspection of the chain locker. Two fiberglass hanging baskets inside, being able to be lifted by s/s handles. The chain is fixed to the deck beams by means of a quick-release hook, near the hatches openings. The bottom of the chain locker is placed above the waterline and self drains through a scupper aside the stem post.

Anchor system comprises of:
•    Maxwell anchor windlass, with controls at both helm stations and water proofed step controls at bow.
•    60 kg SS anchor Plow
•    Bow rollers.
•    Anchor protection on hull.
•    110 meters anchor chain with first 2 meters in stainless steel.
•    Sea water anchor wash with spray nozzles on bow. 

Hatches.
An opening hatch, which acts both as an escape hatch, as well as a skylight is positioned over the VIP stateroom. Another escape hatch is located in the dining area, for MSR escape. 

Windows, doors, portholes, manhole

All external windows, above deck will be frameless, directly bonded to the fiberglass. Front wind shield is 10 mm tempered glass, plain. Side windows are 6 mm, lightly tinted grey. One galley window can open.

The saloon entrance door from afterdeck has stainless steel frames and tempered lightly tinted glass. The door is manual opened. Stoppers are in position for the door slide when opened. 
The aft cabin entry and head doors, the master entry door, the two master  head and wardrobe doors are solid timber, with extra thick jams and hinges.

One side door is fitted aside the dinette. The yacht is equipped with stainless steel opening oval shaped portholes. They have 8 millimeters security glass and are all fitted with insect screens. 

Handrails
All the handrails are built with 316 grade stainless steel, 50 millimeters diameter on bulwark and 40 millimeters elsewhere. Staunchions are 32 mm and they sit into a station base which is bolted to the top of the bulwark, without plates. Opening of the rail and bulwark sections on the sides of the handrail are provided, for side boarding.

Fly bridge
Molded with PVC foam sandwich, the fly bridge has teak flooring forward of crane, non-skid GRP aft of crane. External furniture and a helm station are also molded in sandwich construction. The fly bridge supports a hard-top and integrated radar arch, with KVH G6 Track vision and Tracphone Satellite domes.

The hardtop has 8 reset down lights and 2 speakers. Two blue color LED night lights under, separately switched on lower helm Otherwise, the fly bridge has:
•    Access hatch & steps from after deck.  Stainless with glass
•    Access hatch & steps from dinette.   Stainless with glass
•    High U-frame removable rails on aft section. 

Stainless steel #316 handrail with acrylic windshield, extended aft wards to ensure safe rail height GRP helm seat box with electrical height adjustable seat, reversible back support Fiberglass cabinet on aft section, with doors and locker with U-Line Fridge/icemaker and Smeg BBQ with cabinet under for gas bottle and stowage, with vent.
